The ability to engage in difficult conversations and manage conflict is a valuable skill.  Generally the majority of people prefer to avoid conflict.  Unresolved conflict often results in disputes.  So since conflict is an inevitable part of life and business it makes good sense to get good at having these difficult conversations.

In this workshop we focus on:

  • Understanding the communication process (for more on this consider our course: Discover Your Keys to Personal Presence)

  • Communication styles

  • Learn tools to dissolve tension, build rapport, and enable you to approach difficult conversations with ease.

  • Being prepared for and manage these interactions with assertiveness.


Who Should Attend?

  • If you are preparing to have a 'difficult' conversation e.g. an appraisal at work or attend a mediation.

  • If you are a manager or leader and would like to better understand the dynamics of conflict in the workplace and equip yourself with tools to manage this then you should definitely attend.
